An ocean-front apartment in a mid-century modern building on Miami Beach had its interior fully removed and rebuilt in a gracious new layout, with two bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and an open kitchen. Painted raised wood paneling, curved plaster cornices, and materials such as terrazzo floors reflect the cosmopolitan beach style from the building’s era.
