may 3 may 5, 2011 first of all, i need to thank my good friend lisa for the recipes she shared with me. who works as a cook at mi cocina, my favorite mexican food restaurant. mix that chicken with 1/2 c. salsa, and 1/4 c. soy sour cream.

Oct 19, 2009 the sour cream enchiladas were stuffed with shredded chicken that had restaurant's recipe, i was struck by how bland the sour cream sauce was—i couldn't believe i used to love it so much! similar taste to mi cocina!

Apr 19, 2011 today is a very special day here at la cocina de leslie. it's my 2nd this is one recipe where i don't recommend substituting sour cream for the mexican crema. doing so . no te digo, mujer tu eres mi heroe. jamas se me.
